If you have a system-level requirement but not yet a schematic, this is the engagement model that gets you to a verified board fastest. We own the design risk and the bring-up — you own the product.

One team writes the schematic, routes the board, writes the firmware and assembles the prototype. No translation loss between disciplines.

Development phases

Define

Requirements, interfaces, constraints and BOM cost target agreed before any design work starts.

Design

Schematic, layout and firmware developed in parallel. Formal design review at each milestone gate.

Build

Prototype fabrication and assembly. Board bring-up and debug on our own bench.

Verify

Functional test, environmental screening, pre-compliance and mechanical fit check.

Hand Over

Production-ready documentation, BOM with approved alternates and functional test jig.

Prototype to production

We do not stop at a working prototype. The handover package is designed for a contract manufacturer to pick up without a conversation — BOM sourced and vetted, test procedure documented, mechanical drawings dimensioned.

If you need us to run the first production batch as well, we can do that through our assembly partners.
